As we can see, support in Nifty started from 19,500 and resistance started from 19,600. Resistance is creating pressure on the weak towards bottom i.e. 19,500. The support itself is strong. Strong support means that one diversion from the extension of the support which will allow the market to see an upward momentum, but the scenario of chart accuracy says that every top in the market generates a selloff.
Q. To what extent is it made?
Ans. This is a simple scenario in which trade (Sell) will form one diversion extra below the support. That is, if the support is at 19500, then this selling is done till the diversion of 19450.
Q. Where to sell?
Ans. As far as the resistance is weak towards bottom, or where new resistance has been created, we should sell it at that price.
Q. How to find out or extract the value?
Ans. Four magical lines have already been tweeted on Twitter. You must definitely try to create that. (Follow Twitter for the same)
Q. What can be the new scenarios or new cases?
Ans. The following cases should be taken into consideration: –
- If the market remains consolidated on this support for 1 hour or does not fall below, the consolidation has increased a lot, remains stuck and the percentage of weakness in resistance remains stable, then in such a case it will be called a ‘state of confusion’. In that case, the market can turn bullish only from the bottom (extension of support). Otherwise selling scenarios will keep coming from every top. That is when the market reaches its top, then by selling from there, we can take the market up to the extension of support and one diversion below the extension of support.
- This time the resistance in the weekly range is 19,723 and the support is 19,363. That is, the market is visible in a good range of about 400 points this week. So, you should predict the market accordingly. Today is Friday, so one or a maximum of two trades can be taken well, that’s all. So, if it is running green for the whole week, then it should continue to run green.
