• Investing Daddy strictly follows Trading Principle and Stop Loss Policy wherein Customer by default agrees to not do/ enter any trade without Pre Informed/ Defined Stop Loss. If you trade against the stop-loss policy, You alone shall be responsible for the same & Investing Daddy shall have zero liability towards it. We further advise that do not trade on recommendations of employees outside the course of employment in case, if you will do so, the liability will be your own, and investing Daddy shall not be accountable for any loss.

7)  Cancel/Cancellation  POLICY

• All sales are final. We offer a Free Look-up Period as per the following policy: Free look-up time: 1 service day (1 calendar date since service started i.e. service started on 1st Jan free look-up ends on 2nd Jan at 12:01 am)* We offer you one service day free lookup time if you wish to return or replace our products after buying, you can apply for the same through a written request at [email protected] from your registered email id and get your money back. Please note that requests would be entertained ONLY if we receive a request on the same day when the service gets started or earlier. Any request sent on subsequent dates would not be entertained.

17) DISPUTE SETTLEMENT

• All disputes, differences, and questions of any nature which at any time arise between the parties to this agreement out of the construction of or concerning anything contained in or arising out of this agreement or as to the rights, duties or liabilities under it or the parties to it shall be referred to the sole Arbitrator under the Arbitration and conciliation Act, 1996. The sole Arbitrator shall be appointed by the Managing Director of Investing Daddy. The Arbitration Proceedings shall be held at Varanasi (Uttar Pradesh) India. The Place of Arbitration will be at Varanasi (Uttar Pradesh) India. The laws prevailing in India Shall alone apply to the Arbitration Proceedings between the parties.

18) JURISDICTION

• Both the Parties agree that all claims, differences, and disputes, including any agreements, contracts, and transactions made with reference to anything incidental thereto or in pursuance thereof or relating to their validity, construction, interpretation, fulfillment or the rights, obligations, and liabilities of the parties hereto and including any question of whether such dealings, transactions MOA, or contracts have been entered into or not, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Varanasi only.
